11U Select Development Program

This program has been designed exclusively for North Toronto registered House League players. This will provide athletes an opportunity to further develop their baseball skills in preparation for the 2023 season and possible tryouts (May 2023) for a second North Toronto 11U Select Team.

Program Training Day: Saturdays, 4:30-6:00pm

Program Duration: November 19, 2022- April 29, 2023

Non-Training Dates: Dec 24, 31, Jan 7, Mar 18 & Apr 8

Total Number of Weeks: 19 Weeks (6 Months)

• Pitching Fundamentals
• Catching Fundamentals
• Defensive Fielding
• Hitting
• Athleticism (Fitness/Conditioning)
