At Baseline Sports, we are committed to delivering your gear quickly and making returns as simple as possible.


📦 Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time: 1 business day
Handling Time: 1 day
Transit Time: 1–3 business days
Estimated Delivery: 3–7 business days based on location

Shipping Carriers:
We ship worldwide via trusted carriers including:

  • UPS
  • Canada Post
  • FedEx
  • DHL

Shipping Costs:
Shipping is weight-based and calculated at checkout.
Free Shipping on orders over $150 CAD.

Important Shipping Notes:

⚠️ Heavy items (e.g., catcher’s gear sets, pitching machines, etc.) are not eligible for free shipping or will have shipping calculated in the cart.

💸 Discounted items are not eligible for free shipping.

🧾 All shipping costs are taxable.


🔁 Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Return Window: 30 days from the date of delivery
Accepted Returns: Defective and non-defective items
Condition: Items must be unused and in original packaging

Exchanges: Yes, we accept exchanges for eligible items.

Return Shipping Costs:
Baseline Sports covers return shipping in most cases. If the return is due to a non-product-related issue (e.g. incorrect address), the customer may be responsible.


💳 Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 4–5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
