24 WEEKS: OCTOBER 18, 2025-APRIL 25, 2026

AGES 15-18

• PITCHING PROGRAM WITH COACH JEREMIAS SUCRE- SATURDAYS, 12:00-1:30pm (2pm starting January for live hitting opportunities)
  • PROPER WARMUP ROUTINE
  • BANDS (Included with early Signup) AND PLYOMETRIC EXERCICES
  • WEIGHTED BALL PROGRAM (VELO PROGRAM)
  • FIXING OF THROWING MECHANICS
  • INDIVIDUALIZED EXERCISES TO HELP USE BODY CORRECTLY WHEN THROWING
  • BULLPEN DAYS TO WORK ON DIFFERENT TYPES OF PITCHES
  • WORKING ON TUNNELING DIFFERENT PITCHES
  • MENTAL ASPECT OF THE GAME (CONTROL WHAT YOU CAN)
  • AFTER THROWING CONDITIONING TO BUILD UP STAMINA

Perks of being in our High-Performance Program

• Volunteering opportunities to help instruct and mentor the younger kid's programs
• Membership for the duration of the program with access to batting cages limited to availability
